Commercial Arbitration Court of Moldova

Since 2011 to the present time our specialists participated as experts at the creation of the Arbitration Court, and then in its current activity, performing functions of the Secretary, Arbitrators and the Chairman of the Court. The Court was established at the time of the judicial reform procedures following the abolition of specialized economic courts, in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of settling economic amd commercial disputes between any of the Moldovan or international subjects of Private Law.
